Pricing:

Our prices are digressive, so the more participants in a group, the cheaper. Although making a group is our responsibility, we urge you to tell your friends and family to come enjoy our unique cultural and adventure eco-tours with you. We encourage you to compare our prices to other tour companies’ because we are confident ours are the most competitive. We are showing you our home and our neighborhood, no need to charge you an arm and a leg for it. We are offering you an exceptional, authentic and unique touring experience at a bargain price. More importantly, the money generated contributes to the sustainable development of the communities in the form of micro-loans, environmental projects, and job creation. All credits cards transactions are processed through our secure Paypal account.

Note: Our prices are subject to change without notice. All of our tours dates are flexible except our festivals tours.

Tour Price Includes: Hotel accommodation, meals as listed, private ground transportation, flights between sites, experienced English and French-speaking guide, airport transfers upon arrival and departure, all hotel taxes and local tourism taxes, all site visits and entry fees. Tour Price Does Not Include: International flight to Mali, travel insurance, visa fees, drinks, and gratuities.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

To reserve a tour, a deposit of 50% of the total tour price must be paid 60 days prior to your tour date. Balance in full is due 30 days before departure date. We accept all major credits cards, money orders, *check, or wire transfer. All electronic transactions are processed through our secure Paypal account.

Upon receipt of your deposit, Maliba Tours will send a confirmation email, please allow 2 working days. You will receive pre-departure info 45 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy, Refunds:

Cancellation received at least 45 days, prior to tour start date. Refund 75% of payment minus bank fees, communication fees, and reservation cancellation penalties

OR

carry-over up to 100% of payment to a future tour* minus bank fees, communication fees, and reservation cancellation penalties Cancellation received 5 to 44 days prior to tour start date. Refund 50% of payment minus bank fees, communication fees, and reservation cancellation penalties

OR

carry-over up to 75% of payment to a future tour* minus bank fees, communications fees, reservation cancellation penalties Cancellation received less than 7 days prior to tour start date. No refund carry-over up to 50% of payment to a future tour* minus bank fees, communications fees, reservation cancellation penalties No-show.No refund no carry-over

*Future tour to be taken within 12 months of original tour start date; carry-over to be applied towards tour in original intended country. No carry-over beyond 12 months; carry-over is non-transferable. Refund or carry-over is the client's choice.

Missed services due to late arrival are non-refundable.

*You will receive your confirmation once your check and wire transfer is cleared.
